Haim, has directed the company since its inception in October of 2004. Haim brings to Daroma broad experience in the fields of planning and strategy. His previous positions have included serving as Head of the Strategic Planning Department in the IDF Planning Division. In this position, Haim did a lot of work in the Negev and became closely acquainted with the special needs of this region. Haim holds a master’s degree in political science from Haifa University (which he received with honors), a master’s degree in business administration from Ben Gurion University, and a BA in logistics and economics which he received with honors from Bar Ilan University.

| Director, education, community and leadership Adva Eshel-Rabinovitz |
|
Adva manages the fields of education and community for Daroma. She brings to Daroma a lot of experience in organizational development and training from previous positions she held in the IDF including being Head of the Branch for Developing Training, and as Deputy Director General for Human Resources in a large company. Adva holds a BA in education and language from Hebrew University and a MAs in education and in developing educational programs from Tel Aviv University.

| Director, infrastructure, settelment and housing and environmental quality Amnon Ben-Dahan |
|
Amnon, a Beersheva native and a resident of Arad, manages the fields of infrastructure, environment, settlement and housing for Daroma. He has rich experience in these fields. In his previous position he established the regional unit for environmental quality in the eastern Negev and managed this unit for more than a decade. Amnon holds an MA in management and public policy and a BA in geography and political science from Ben Gurion University.

| Director, economic development Boaz Segalovitz |
|
Boaz manages the field of economic development for Daroma and as well as managing matters related to the Bedouin sector. Boaz worked for 10 years as a lawyer in the public prosecutor’s office and has a lot of experience working with the government. He holds a MA in business administration from Hebrew University and a BA in law from Haifa University.

| Director, young adults activities Yamit Azulay |
|
Yamit, a Beersheva native and a resident of Lahavim, manages the field of young people at Daroma. She brings to this position unique experience as Yamit established the Center for Young People in Beersheva/Bnai Shimon, which is the first of its kind, and managed the Center for six years. Yamit holds a master’s degree in management and public policy and BA in economics and behavioral science from Ben Gurion University.

| Director, resource development and marketing Ranit Ron |
|
Ranit is responsible for Daroma’s resource development and marketing. She brings with her experience in publicity and communications and previous experience working with the third sector. In her previous position she directed the Pre-Atidim program in the framework of the IDF Atidim program. Ranit holds a MA in communications and a BA in psychology and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

| Coordinator, Promoting Excellence, Bedouin sector Raage El-Krum |
|
Raage is a resident of the El Said village in the Negev and coordinates the “Excellence” program run by Daroma in the Bedouin sector. He has experience as a teacher and educator in the formal educational system and has worked with youth as a counselor and coordinator in the informal education system. Raji holds an MA in educational counseling from Ben Gurion University and a BA in education and geography from the Levinsky College.

| Academic coordinator Khaled El-Sayed |
|
Halad is the academic coordinator for Daroma’s excellence program and works with the students in the program. Haled served for many years as a teacher, educational coordinator in a range of positions as well as an educational counselor. Haled holds an M.A. in educational counseling (graduated with honors) from Ben-Gurion University as well as a B.A. in social sciences and humanities from the Open University. He also has a teaching diploma from Kay College.

Nicole manages the administrative aspects of Daroma and serves as the director general’s personal assistant.
